Emergency and out-of-hours appointments.

Here’s what to do if you have a dental emergency or a problem you feel needs immediate attention from your dentist:

During normal opening hours

Please contact Lockswood Dental first. We do have emergency appointments available, and every attempt will be made to see you the same day.

Outside normal opening hours

If you are able to wait until the next working day, please leave a message on our answering phone, and we will call you back when the practice reopens.

From 6 pm on Friday and over weekends and bank holidays, we provide telephone advice for Denplan and private patients. For the contact number, please listen to the instructions on our voicemail. Please note that there may be a call-out charge for opening the surgery if required.

*Denplan patients can also phone the Denplan Helpline on 0800 844 999, and they will find a dentist for you to attend. This emergency cover is available at home, anywhere in the UK or abroad.
